What Accessories Do I Wear?

Hello beautiful divas.... It's Tuesday and I really hope you have some awesome and fab plans in store. It's been a while since my last post, mostly due to personal issues going on with my injured leg, however, the blog must go on! :) I was at work recently and came across a customer who didn't have a clue how to accessorize the outfit she picked out. It was something very cute that she put together too. She was going to a concert so she wanted something cute and comfortable. Dark denim jeans, a muliticolor brown teal and green strapless shirt, and a blue cotton blazer was her choice. She choose some strap brown wedges for her shoes, but just couldn't bring it together with the accessories. In a situation like that where you have multiple colors to choose from, especially in a shirt, you want to stay with your neutrals like BROWN, BLACK, BEIGE, GRAY, and WHITE. I explained to her that because there was a lot going on with her shirt and then pairing it with a royal blue blazer, keeping the accessories to a minimum will even the outfit out. So brown or dark brown wood earrings and a wood bracelet would be enough for her outfit. A lot of women think that the more, the better you'll look and that is not always true. Less, sometimes, makes more of a statement. Keep this in mind when deciding on what accessories to wear with an outfit, if you're wearing a busy print in either a shirt, jacket, or bottoms, keep the accessories light so they don't over power the print and vice versa when wearing solid colors, wear a statement piece like a bold necklace or bracelet.
